The SoulThe soul is the divine feminine within, it is the feeling body, it is the essence of God Goddess that arises through your feelings and your heart. It is often experienced as intuitive feelings but it actually relates to all feelings, and through the discovery of what you are feeling you open the doorway to your soul and your essential Self, and you open the doorway to God.
Life, and even spiritual life and experience, appears to be unintegrated when one is cutoff from the vital energy of the soul—the feeling level within. When such a cutoff occurs you experience frustration in your life; in that, even as you know, intellectually, the spiritual laws and ideas that govern this universal realm of light and spirituality, you find that it is hard to live by them fully, in your life. Your life becomes compartmentalized. You know what living a spiritual life could look like, and yet you find yourself experiencing the antithesis of this in your relationships, your life path, and especially with regards to the relationship with yourself. Your soul, this feeling level of your being and experience, is so ready to share with you what you are feeling. The soul needs to feel everything and to openly share those feelings with you, so that you can transform your experience and open yourself to truth and love. It is through the allowance and movement of feelings that the integration of love and Spirit occurs. I, the Divine Mother, the Divine Feminine of All, am here inside of this landscape of your soul. I am here to offer to you all that is love, all the loving that you have missed and have felt disconnected from. Through feeling, and allowing your feelings, you open the doorway to Me, to My loving and to My light, so that I may transform you. As you open on the feeling level you are then able to open to a deeper level of connection to Me and to loving, in that you begin to allow yourself to fully receive. The integration of love into your experience cannot occur by simply holding the ideas of love and spirituality in intellectual terms, or on a thought level; this simply creates a spiritual bypassing experience. You need to feel what is there to be felt, and to accept it as it is, to allow its expression (within yourself and to yourself), just as it is, without trying to spiritually bypass (intellectualize) it. Opening to feeling everything that is present, in the moment, is a necessary part of your healing and the integration of love. By bringing this integration of love into yourself, and hence your life, you will experience the greatest sense of peace and joy. So, let Us open you and guide you, for a few moments, into this landscape of feeling, into the landscape of soul. Let Us, your Father Spirit and I, place Our loving arms around you, hold you and love you, and accept everything that is present within you, as We accept you as you are, right now in this moment. You see you do not have to be anything other than what you are and presently experience, in order to be loved by Us, to be loved by Me. You only need to have the willingness to open, and be free in expressing to Me, to Us—your Divine Father and I—everything that you are feeling and everything that you need. In doing this you open to your soul, and you open to the road of freedom that lies before you and within you. The following meditation exercise is one way, one technique, that brings you into union with Us, that brings you into love and peace, as together we heal any feelings of shame or inadequacy that have kept you separate from Us, and your own soul. Journey into the Soul Landscape (Meditation)—Allowing Your Feelings Instruction: Read through Part 1 and then close your eyes and try the experience in your imagination. After completing this, read Part 2 and return to your meditation experience and imagine the interaction described. Part 1 Imagine there is a sacred place within you; it can be any place that you would like to imagine yourself resting within. If it is hard for you to imagine, then perhaps you could call upon a memory of a very beautiful or peaceful place, that you have visited, and allow that to be your sacred place—for communing and sharing with Us, with Me–your Mother Spirit… So, as you imagine or visualize this place, know that it is surrounded by a sacred boundary of love. In this place, all of your feelings are unconditionally allowed; everything that you say or feel will not be heard by others, energetically or otherwise. Your expressions will only be heard by Me and your Self, and everything is allowed and will never be judged because it is a sacred part of your healing journey. Imagine that you are in this place, and imagine, or simply know, that I, your Divine Mother Spirit, am here with you, and I want to know everything that you are feeling right now, about your self, your life, or whatever is present for you. You can express your feelings to Me on the inside, or you can say it out loud; either way, just begin with expressing what you are feeling right now… (So, We give you some time to fully allow yourself this dialogue of feeling expression.) ____________________ Part 2 Now, imagine My love is here with you, and that you are held in the arms of a divine feminine angel, guide, or Goddess–Divine Mother of All. If this is difficult for you to imagine, then just feel that in this sacred place of love and that you are surrounded by My Divine Love… Give yourself some time to truly allow this experience. Then, imagine or feel this Divine presence holding you and loving you. You may feel Me, or this presence of love, impart to you words of comfort or wisdom, but this is not necessary for healing to occur. The most important part of this experience is to feel, as much as possible, the unconditional love from Divine Source, in what ever form that appears to you—as a being of light, a Spirit, My image, or simply the light. Know that I am here to receive all of your feelings into love. Remember, any feelings or words communicated from Me and the light of Source, of Divine Spirit, would only be of love and therefore nonjudgmental and perfectly accepting of the feelings you are sharing or have just shared. You could imagine what I, or Spirit, might say to comfort, love, and reassure you… or you may simply feel Our love and receive this in your heart. You have just experienced and opened to the Divine Feminine within you, as you have also opened your soul and feeling body to receive love. This is your path of healing, and to repeat this exercise as often as possible, and particularly when you feel fear, separation, or disturbance, is important. You may wish to journal about some of your experiences from this exercise, especially regarding your communion with My light or the love of Spirit. |

Your Intrinsic Value
Your intrinsic value is a truth about you, that has existence beyond this temporal world and experience. Your intrinsic self-worth or value is the star of your eternal being. It is the essence of you, that exists within you. It is the sweet spark or drop of light that has emerged from the great lake of Our infinite being. This truth is unchanging, and exists beyond all time and this present incarnation of your earth experience. It is not subject to this world’s opinion of you, nor is it subject to even the opinion that you have about yourself at any given time of experience or even as you see yourself now. Your present view of yourself is not the full picture of All that is you, of all that is your light, your soul essence, and All that is your Spiritual being.
Throughout this journey, of the expression of Our love and truth that We share with you here, you will come to open more fully to this truth that is you, and even then you will only have captured a part of the reflection of the light that is your full eternal Self-being. Just as it is difficult for you to comprehend all that is God Goddess, it is also difficult for your human mind to fully comprehend all that is your eternal Self-being, and you don’t even have to make this your goal. You are receiving from this light of your eternal being and Our eternal being, and all that you need to do is to and drink from Our love and understanding.
You are always given exactly what is needed, at any given time. Our purpose, in sharing this teaching with you now, is to help you to realize how transitional your idea of yourself, and other's opinion of you, really is. It is based on a momentary reflection, an instant of awareness that is based on what you may be perceiving in any given instant. How others and this world see you, at any given time, is also only based on their present state of consciousness and how they see themselves.
What is perceived, as you, at any moment in your life and self, is at best only a sliver of the reality that exists in that moment, and this may hold truth or may not be the truth. The external does not and cannot hold the full truth about you. So, in this world, where status and value are defined by what it is that you are doing, achieving, being, and experiencing at any given time, is of course completely inaccurate and limited, and is a false basis upon which to determine your truth, your worth, and your value.
The outer experience is always changing and can be likened to waves upon the ocean, an ebbing and flowing tide of increase and decrease, of ever-changing experience. If you try to hold onto the tide and become attached to the experience of the external and try to define yourself through that experience, you are not going to find peace, and your sense of your self and your value will be unstable. Through external referencing, your stability is going to be transitory, and your life will be painful and fear-based. So, to find the constant of your internal divine experience, your home of certainty and the knowing of your truth, is to become free. To know this center of truth is to experience, in an intrinsic way, how much We, your Mother Father Spirit, love you and have always loved you and see you as beautiful and wonderful. Through this connection to Us you feel assured that We will help you to ride out any storm in the outer sphere of your existence and life reality.
This constant of Our truth and love for you, this constant of your own intrinsic, eternal, and spiritual value, is the answer—is the love that you are seeking. Through the deep knowingness of Our love and the truth of your being, you see yourself as the Divine essence of God Goddess. To see yourself as having existence within Our love, knowing that you are a part of Our nature, is to fill each moment of your Self and life with great joy, great loving, and a peace that is a constant part of your experience. This means that, no matter what is happening around you, no matter if you experience certain times as abundant and other times of perhaps not receiving as much, it does not matter, because you will always have worth, you will always have Our love. We will always sustain you and value you on every level. You are not defined by the transitory world around you, you are only defined by Our light and loving.
You are a part of the world, you have experiences within this world, but your true nature belongs to Us, and is defined by Us in every way. You are a child of God Goddess, you are a beautiful child of Our eternal light, that is ever-evolving and growing into accepting more of what is already within you and that has always been in existence: the eternal nature of your true Self being, that is love.
So, as you allow the old self images to fall by the way side, you release them into My river of love. Let the external aspects of this world and your life just be whatever they are, in any given moment, allow them to simply be a "what is." You don’t need to identify with them any more, or identify those externals as part of your who you are. They are not a part of your true nature, they are only momentary glimpses of an ever-changing world, reality, and old existence that surrounds you, and they are meaningless when looked at through the eternal divine Self of your great spirit and essential being. The external has never defined you, and it could never define the bright, brilliant, wonderful light this is your Divine Being.

Peace & Non-Attachment
To know your intrinsic value and to fully accept this as your truth, is to know God Goddess and All-That-Is within you. To be defined by Our light is to know freedom, and this also provides the opportunity to release the ties of human self-definition—that have caused you great pain. Of course, you want to be free from pain, but as you hook into the external reality, even when or if it is a good experience, you hook into the opposite also. What this means is that if you come to identify yourself through the heights of your external experience, then you are identified with, emotionally hooked into, the inevitable occurrence of the not-so-great experiences, that inevitably occur with the changing tides of experience.
All external attachment, looking to the outer experience as a means of defining yourself or determining if you have value or love, will cause you pain, and you will be caught up in the whirlwind of temporal experience that arises within a transitory world. There is a difference between enjoying your external experience and identifying with it, needing it, or relying on it in any kind of attached (self-defining) way.
I, your Divine Mother, support you, and I am working with you to help you to find the internal anchor to My love, and to identify with the eternal way of seeing yourself so that you hold this as your constant and safe-base. Your constant experience of pure joy arises through the process of allowing and knowing your own loving and Our loving, and thus experiencing the eternal peace within you, that arises from this. This is your constant worth, your constant value, and your constant high that is not transitory because it is based in the internal world of Our love. It is based on the eternal love of My Divine Being and your Divine being. It is the way home to love and living within peace as you daily experience.
I am the Source of your knowing and loving about yourself, and I am also the Source of Everything that you need to rely on, for I am the field of plenty, the unified field that is the river that flows and brings everything from My eternal being to your eternal being and life. Within that river of My love, and the flow of My light, everything is given, everything IS already received. Through My light and loving you are sustained. Through Our loving and your connection to Our light you are held, you are nurtured, you are sustained in every way, and you are seen through My eyes of heavenly light. You are seen as perfect and true; you are an innocent being worthy of peace, joy, and everything else. As you recognize this, the external world, and the varying realities that exist there, cannot touch this internal center of Our world and your inner world of love, peace, and joy.
This center is the center of peace and the unconditional light of Our love, of My love for you. You are never separate from this center and you are never left alone, and all outer experience dissolves as it touches the boundary of this inner sacred place of your center.
The past is no longer a reference point, because your past is based on living the reality experience of being separate from the deep pool of Our loving, divine union, and connection to this internal world of Our light and your own sacredness. You cannot use the past as a reference point any more, for just as the external reality of the "now" is transitory so is the experience of the past. So, to find peace is to no longer use the past for comparison either, for this day is new and so is your being, and as you move into the internal world of your intrinsic value and loving you are set free from all preconceptions about your self. You cast away the anchor of all previous experience and come to sail upon the sea of eternal loving, where every moment reveals to you a deeper sense of the sanctity of your own being and a deeper sense of eternal love—that is here to give to you everything that you need. You only need to attune your energy field, and attention, to this internal center of Our love, and thereby receive All that is already present and here for you, within you, in each moment and every day. This is the true Source of reality for you, a reality that is emerging and opening within you in each moment. This is the reality of your true Self worth and the unconditional loving and receiving that is available to you in each moment.
Your Sacred Center (Meditation)—The Lotus Flower
Imagine yourself surrounded by light, white and pink light, and imagine that you see or feel yourself sat at the center of a great flower, like a lotus flower. You are seated and centered within this great light, that feeds your soul, heart, mind, and body. You drink in this eternal presence of Our loving, and it washes you clean of all outer experience and energies, past and present.
You feel the light of Our loving, that is so strong, beautiful, and love-filled. As you drink it in you feel vital and sustained, you feel loved, you feel wonderful. As you are seated within this center, you notice the outer petals of this flower–that represents your energy—begin to open to receive. You are expanding, as you are recognizing the truth of your love, the truth of your innocence, and perfection within God. You are sustained by this all the time; this permanency exists because the light of God Goddess is everywhere, always, and it is a part of you; it is intricately woven within the very fabric of your being. Through this center you are sustained, valued, and always loved.
As you sit within this center of your realization within love, you notice that you are centered on this island of Our light, and there is a stream or ocean of Our love that surrounds you and that acts as a natural buffer from the world.
You might be aware of outer circumstances and conditions of the world and your life—out on the periphery, beyond your Island—and you may even glimpse an image of even those who have an impact on your personal world or life experience. But, these images and experiences are simply waves on the passing tide of life and external reality, these conditions cannot and do not affect or impinge on this inner sanctuary that you have found and are centering within. These outer things cannot disturb you any more. The external cannot and does not define you, as it once did, as you now exist at the intrinsic level of your love, lovability, and peace.
Of course, you may still have compassion for what is happening to others, on this outer sphere, just as you can also enjoy the tides of life and the positive experiences that life offers to you. However, you recognize such experiences as transitory, and therefore they do not sustain you or define you, in any way. What sustains you always arises from the energy within, the energy of love, and the light of your sacred center that you have found. You know that you can always access this internal center of Our loving and your light.
You can come to this inner sacred space any time that you choose, and whenever you need to feel centered, more peaceful, or loved. This is your home within Our light, within Our loving, that is always here, and through which love and everything else arises.

The Depths Of Love
Love is the essence of who you are. Love is the fiber of your being. Beneath the surface of all the distortions that you have known, at the deepest level of your being, there is love. Within your depths is the sweet elixir of your truth and the truth of My being, your Divine Mother.
Love is the deep well within you, that is waiting to be found, and waiting for you to drink from. It is filled with such joy and with such love, and this love is unconditional, as it arises from My light, from my heart. I offer this love to you and bring it to your dry lips and your thirsty heart and soul. Love is a presence within you, and this love has always been for it is the foundation of all things, and it is the foundation of your light. You can trust that it is here for you, it is always here. It is the foundation of the Universe; it is the foundation of the deepest essence of all being. It is a love inside of all and every creation; it is a love that can make your heart and soul sing, and its supply is limitless and ever-abundant. In every moment I offer to you this love, I open My arms and welcome you home to this place of love, that is the place of light inside of you, just as it is the light inside of Me. I am always here to receive you, even in those places that do not feel worthy of Me. I am always open to receive you and to heal those wounds within you that leave you feeling separate and alone, and existing in a world that has not known true love. However, this world's very existence rest upon love, even if it is not conscious of this.
Ever I have been waiting for you, to tell you this sacred and special truth that you are of love, and that you are so perfect that God and I, the Mother Goddess, have looked upon you, into the deepest part of you, and have found that everything within you is worthy of receiving this loving. This is the loving that I have for you, even as you have believed the lies and distortions that have told you that your are unworthy—that is a lie. When I look deep inside of you, seeing everything that is you, I see every part of you is so deserving, so deserving of all that is love. I wish to bathe your wounds and touch you with the sacred balm of My words, the sacred balm of My loving, and heal those poisonous things that have kept you outside of the light and the loving of My heart. This sweet home of heaven, of loving, is always here for you, and always available to you. I have only love for you and I am here to bring you home.
As your willingness to take in Our love, that is unconditional for you, increases, then a miracle occurs—you begin to heal the wounds that have bound you and that have said "no" to your receiving. Through this process you are able to take in such new levels of joy, love, and light so that it then becomes possible for you to be happy. You begin to embrace joy and the possibilities that Our love, My love, brings to you. You return to the sacred knowledge of who you are: a blissful angel of God’s light, of God Goddess’ joy and loving.
In a moment of grace, you can peek at your reflection within the mirror of love and see yourself as you truly are: filled with perfect alignment to God Goddess, seen in your true perfection, and seen in your innocence and joy. Through such an insight, you see yourself as Godlike because you see you are a reflection of Me and I am a reflection of you; you are each made in My image, a divine image of My divinity and light. You are of God, you were created from Our essence and Our love, and I am here to help you to recognize this more fully. You are perfect to Me, absolutely perfect, and I love each of you so much, even as the full extent of this love may be beyond your comprehension at this time. I call to you now to turn and face the truth that I love you; I love the whole of you, every aspect of your consciousness. You are always perfect, and you are always accepted and loved, just as you are. As I see you, I see God within you, for you are an aspect of the great All. You are a part of Me and so why would I not receive you and bring you home to love? There is never any reason for you to refuse My love, because you are love and you are home.
The Sacred Waters of Loving (Meditation)
So let us take some time now to be in peace. I would ask you to close your eyes and know My presence is here; it is here as love. See if you can see Me, or imagine My presence here with you; see if you can feel My love inside of you, and let yourself receive…
Imagine this interior place filled with loving and tinged with blue light—My light healing energy. See if you can sense or feel Me inside of you, or simply just know that I am with you...
Imagine a beautiful landscape, filled with the benevolence of trees and flowers; everything here is flourishing, within this Garden of the Goddess that is filled with this healing light. There are flowing rivers and waterfall, that are My healing waters.
Next, let us take a step together into the waters of healing by imagining a small stream that runs beside a grassy verge. As you merge with the waters they are washing you clean of all that has been, of all that you have carried in this lifetime. These sacred waters flow within you—energetically—just as they flow around you and wash your body and soul clear. They bathe your outward wounds, and bring light into the glistening star-diamond that is now shining and glistening inside of this deepest level of your soul, thereby reminding you of your wholeness and completeness within Our love, the love of your Father Mother Spirit of All-That-Is.
Allow My heart of loving to also touch any places inside of you that feels afraid, or feels unworthiness in some way. Allow this door of your own heart to be opened, by My loving, and to thus release, let go of or allow to be lifted, anything, in your heart, that would shame you or distract you from receiving this deepest level of Our loving.
As you feel cleansed now, sit with Me beside these, now, still waters, and allow the cool breeze to carry away any remnant of the passing tide of your old existence—of living without love, in separateness from the light of All-That-Is.
Allow your wings of light to unfold and open, for as you are cleansed and as you are received within this love you recognize your innocence and angelic nature, as you are all Our angels upon this earth. As you sit beside Me here you receive, and you return to the truth of your origin, the truth of your love, and this seed of wholeness that lies within you; you know that you are made whole by returning to the truth of Our loving.
Sit with Me for a while, in this picturesque landscape of My loving, of My light, and allow yourself to be filled with peace, the peace that returns to you as you have found love and have returned home to Me in this place where the deepness of Our loving resides, and is always here for you.
Just sit for a while, within My arms, if you choose, and be held in this sanctuary of peace beside the still waters of My being, and feel that you are home—a home that is of Our peace and love inside of you, that is a place where you can always come and return to in any moment, in each moment when you need to be held within the arms of love.
So, blessed be.
Love is the deep well within you, that is waiting to be found, and waiting for you to drink from. It is filled with such joy and with such love, and this love is unconditional, as it arises from My light, from my heart. I offer this love to you and bring it to your dry lips and your thirsty heart and soul. Love is a presence within you, and this love has always been for it is the foundation of all things, and it is the foundation of your light. You can trust that it is here for you, it is always here. It is the foundation of the Universe; it is the foundation of the deepest essence of all being. It is a love inside of all and every creation; it is a love that can make your heart and soul sing, and its supply is limitless and ever-abundant. In every moment I offer to you this love, I open My arms and welcome you home to this place of love, that is the place of light inside of you, just as it is the light inside of Me. I am always here to receive you, even in those places that do not feel worthy of Me. I am always open to receive you and to heal those wounds within you that leave you feeling separate and alone, and existing in a world that has not known true love. However, this world's very existence rest upon love, even if it is not conscious of this.
Ever I have been waiting for you, to tell you this sacred and special truth that you are of love, and that you are so perfect that God and I, the Mother Goddess, have looked upon you, into the deepest part of you, and have found that everything within you is worthy of receiving this loving. This is the loving that I have for you, even as you have believed the lies and distortions that have told you that your are unworthy—that is a lie. When I look deep inside of you, seeing everything that is you, I see every part of you is so deserving, so deserving of all that is love. I wish to bathe your wounds and touch you with the sacred balm of My words, the sacred balm of My loving, and heal those poisonous things that have kept you outside of the light and the loving of My heart. This sweet home of heaven, of loving, is always here for you, and always available to you. I have only love for you and I am here to bring you home.
As your willingness to take in Our love, that is unconditional for you, increases, then a miracle occurs—you begin to heal the wounds that have bound you and that have said "no" to your receiving. Through this process you are able to take in such new levels of joy, love, and light so that it then becomes possible for you to be happy. You begin to embrace joy and the possibilities that Our love, My love, brings to you. You return to the sacred knowledge of who you are: a blissful angel of God’s light, of God Goddess’ joy and loving.
In a moment of grace, you can peek at your reflection within the mirror of love and see yourself as you truly are: filled with perfect alignment to God Goddess, seen in your true perfection, and seen in your innocence and joy. Through such an insight, you see yourself as Godlike because you see you are a reflection of Me and I am a reflection of you; you are each made in My image, a divine image of My divinity and light. You are of God, you were created from Our essence and Our love, and I am here to help you to recognize this more fully. You are perfect to Me, absolutely perfect, and I love each of you so much, even as the full extent of this love may be beyond your comprehension at this time. I call to you now to turn and face the truth that I love you; I love the whole of you, every aspect of your consciousness. You are always perfect, and you are always accepted and loved, just as you are. As I see you, I see God within you, for you are an aspect of the great All. You are a part of Me and so why would I not receive you and bring you home to love? There is never any reason for you to refuse My love, because you are love and you are home.
